Being a teen comes with a lot of social pressures, like pressure to party, pressure to drink and/or do drugs. So you should know what can happen when you give in to one of those pressures.

One thing that doesn’t mix is vodka and sex. Alcohol and drugs impair your judgment and lower your inhibitions. In other words, they cause you to make decisions and do things that you wouldn’t normally do.

If you’re drunk or high, you might choose to have sex when you wouldn’t have if you were sober. You also may forget to use protection, which is a horrible choice whether you’re sober or not.

This can lead to some very real and serious consequences that you don’t think about when you’re drunk or high. You might wake up the next morning with more than just a hangover, you might also wake up with an STD for life like herpes or a pregnancy (or if you’re a guy, a pregnancy for which you are responsible).

It’s your body, your future. Don’t let one night of partying lead to a lifetime of regret.
