Fulton's Coach Rob Black has a message for Knox County teens

Coach Rob Black, who led the Fulton High School football team to a state championship in 2013, is very passionate about teens in Knox County. Last year, Coach Black made a PSA for the Knox County Health Department. He's been gracious enough to make another PSA for us this year. Check it out!
